1. Mô tả công việc
Accounting:
– Make monthly financial statements
– Responsible for all types of tax reports in the month (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT)
– Control Account payables, account receivables and inventories reconciliation. Ensure prompt and timely payment to suppliers.
– Control input invoice, issue invoice to customer
– Prepare the VAT refund documentation.
– Other tasks as assigned.
Administration:
– Support Sales Staff to Arrange the documentation of the company neatly
– In charge of import and export for shipments
– Research information of good vendor, proceed to purchase procedure.
– Resolve issues related to labor, ensure employee benefits policy (calculate salary, insurance, maternity, sickness, Responsible for PIT code& dependent deduction registration ….)
– Manage office stationery and order timely if needed
– Other tasks as assigned.
2. Yêu cầu
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
– At least 2 year working experience in Accounting/Finance.
– Accounting experience in import and export is preferred
– English communication fluently
– Sex: Female
– Expected working time: at the beginning of December or ASAP
